   He is a U.S. Army veteran, licensed Private Investigator, certified Process Server, and Public Notary with 5+ years of investigative experience serving attorneys, businesses, and private clients throughout Central Texas and surrounding areas.

 

   His background includes process service, witness interviews, scene canvasses, surveillance support, background investigations, asset research, social media investigations, and locating individuals.

   Tony approaches every assignment with professionalism, discretion, and careful documentation. Whether supporting civil litigation, insurance matters, due diligence, or other investigative needs, he is committed to delivering dependable results and exceptional client service.

   Raul Ortegon is a Senior Investigator with WinWin Investigations and a retired police officer with 30 years of progressive law enforcement experience.

 

   He brings extensive expertise in criminal investigations, surveillance, interviews and interrogations, evidence management, and thorough case documentation. Raul is skilled at conducting complex investigations, locating individuals, gathering and preserving evidence, and preparing detailed reports that withstand legal scrutiny.

    With a strong focus on professionalism and accuracy, Raul supports clients through surveillance operations, witness interviews, process service, and strict chain-of-custody practices to ensure work is reliable and well documented from start to finish.

    Sara Carl is the Marketing Operations Manager for WinWin, with 5+ years of experience in marketing and a strong track record of keeping teams organized, responsive, and client-focused.

 

   In addition to leading marketing operations, Sara serves as an Office Manager, helping ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

She manages key administrative and communication workflows—including answering phone calls, sending and coordinating emails, overseeing data entry, and supporting internal organization—so clients and partners receive timely, professional responses.

 

   Known for her reliability and calm leadership, Sara steps in where needed to keep priorities moving forward and standards high across the organization.
